My name is Godfrey gillett. I am 37 years old. The son of Central American immigrants. I live in Chicago, Il although I grew up in Brooklyn, NY. I have a now two year old son and I am attorney trying to make waves into the Chicago market.
It has been 3 days since the election of Barack Obama I am excited and I have finally decided to blog. I actually created this Blog 2 years ago but never put in an entry. The original title was life of a fledgling attorney. Needless to say I did not document the last two years in blog form. So the question arises then why am I blogging. I am blogging because there has always been a writer in me. I am bloging because hopefully I can share some useful information. I am blogging because I want to. 3 days ago Barack Obama realized his dream of becoming president. I can imagine that his list of reasons for running for President starts with because he has a vision for the direction our country should take and ends with because he wanted to. Well November 4th 2008 was very inspiring and it is time to get to work. And in this case my getting to work includes documenting some of my thoughts and enjoyments in a blog. Thank you for reading
